About Me!

" We didn't lose the game, we just ran out of time" This quote is from Vince Lombardi. He was a coach of American Football who was respected so much by the football players.

My quote means "I hate losing". "We didn't lose the game, we just ran out of time" sounds like an excuse. However, this actually means they don't want to admit that they lost. "We just ran out of time" tells us that they could have won against them if they had more time. This means to me that I always want to win, I hate to lose just like a lion. This quote cheers me up when I think we lost that soccer match because of my fault  This quote represents my personality that I'm competitive. For example when I have a small competition in class, I really hate to not be the 1st even though it's a small thing. I never want to admit that I lost unless the opponent is totally better than me.

  1. Interesting! I liked the link that you made between being competitive and the image of the lion. I would have liked to have read more about this, I found your blog entry to be rather brief and struggled to see the deeper meaning that you have hinted at in places here. Have another look at the blog rubric, read a few people's blog entries and get a sense of the quality and level of thinking that we are aspiring to.
